Refund policy
We have a 30-day cancellation policy for deposits, which means you can cancel your deposit for 30 days after placing a deposit. This is in effect up to 5 days before your appointment. 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment, after which the deposit is no longer refundable.
Deposit is also required for subsequent touch up appointments and would be held in the event of a late cancellation of a scheduled appointment.
It is your responsibility to review the pre-screening questions as well as follow the pre and post procedure recommendations, and cancel your appointment in a timely manner if you are not suitable to proceed with a scheduled appointment due to not following the recommendations of Embolden Brow Bar.
Appointments may be cancelled by Embolden Brow Bar if there are concerns for your suitability for the appointment or you have risk factors that may contribute to complications due contraindicating instructions provided to you.
Payment for the balance of your service is due at the time of your appointment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
